The Eight Nominee Attributes

Representatives from PHINMA and De La Salle University Manila to select Top Nominees possessing the following attributes:

  1. The nominee exhibits strong ethical standards.
  2. The nominee possesses the ability to transform people around them to achieve their mission.
  3. The nominee identified a problem and innovatively addressed the societal need.
  4. The nominee established a process that makes the enterprise sustainable.
  5. The nominee provided their beneficiaries with the tools to be globally competitive.
  6. The nominee provided their beneficiaries with the opportunities to be globally competitive.
  7. The business or social enterprise has the purpose of nation-building as one of their organizational objectives.
  8. The establishment of a strong national identity with shared societal values is one of the business or social enterprise's objectives.

3. Impact on Business or Social Enterprise (Corporate Citizenship)

  • Partnerships with other organizations for CSR activities.

Metrics

  • CSR investment as a percentage of profits.

4. Social Responsibility

Qualitative Evidence

  • Detailed accounts of social programs and their intended outcomes.

Metrics
